Exam regulations WiSe 2021/22, guidelines regarding illness and changes in office hours

Dear MIEPP students,
Today I have a small newsletter for you with two main topics: 1. information on exam regulations and 2. some temporary changes in office hours (those who do not sit for exams may jump straight to the bottom section).

If you checked your student mailbox, you already found some messages from the Studienbüro and the Corona semester planning team, regarding exam regulations for the current exam period.
To make your life easier, I translated those messages for you. You will find the following attached:

-> -> Shortened and cancelled office hours (08.02., 15. - 24.02.) <- <-
On very short notice, I have to shorten my office hours today, Feb 8th. I am available from 3-4 pm (instead of 2-4 pm).
Further, there will be no office hours from Feb 15th to 24th. During this time I am out of office. Should you have any urgent issues, you can contact the Studienbüro via e-mail (studienbuero-fb03 AT uni-mainz.de). Regular office hours start again on March, 1st.
