Dear MIEPP Students,

Exams are staring soon and I have one of those boring but necessary information drops for you regarding exams during covid-19.

So, as there is no easy way to go about this, here it comes:

-          Everyone is required to wear a medical mask when entering the building and walking to their seat. During the exam the mask may be taken off, however, the university administration asks everyone to keep his or her mask on. Not everyone is fully vaccinated yet and masks are the most effective way of stopping the covid-19 spread.

-          Please be at your examination room 20-30 minutes early as it may take longer to let everyone enter the room

-          Everyone is required to use the JGU APP to scan the QR code at the entrance to the examination rooms. This will count for the contact check in. In order to reduce unnecessary contacts, please install the app ahead of time.

-          Deregistration is possible until 48 hours before the exam.

-          After the publication of the grades, another registration period will be opened. This registration period ends one week prior to the exam.

In addition to these short facts, please study the attached document carefully to ensure a safe examination period.

Good luck during your exams and hopefully you will have some nicer summer weather to enjoy once you are finished.
